Who I Am

My name is Larry Collins. I'm a programmer and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in drop shipping, wholesale and warehousing. Over the years, I've processed tens of millions of dollars in online orders through my own websites and platforms like eBay and Amazon, built custom software used by multi-million and billion-dollar companies, and helped friends and family start and grow successful businesses.

Now, I'm looking to partner one-on-one with individuals or companies who want to build their business portfolio with a profitable e-commerce business.

Why Am I Doing This?

One of the biggest challenges in e-commerce is scalability. Marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, and Walmart place strict limits on the number of accounts an individual can operate and closely monitor for linked profiles. By partnering with others, each business I build runs under its own legal entity and account. This structure eliminates the risk of being flagged for "too many accounts" and allows me to scale without artificial limits or red flags.

Every new partnership also strengthens my long-term portfolio. Each business has the potential to grow into a valuable asset that can be sold, merged into a larger operation, or leveraged to attract bigger suppliers and investors. Over time, this creates a diverse and powerful collection of businesses that continues to compound in value.

Partnering with different individuals and companies also adds credibility. To suppliers and marketplaces, these appear as separate, independent businesses. That increases the chances of getting approved with hard-to-reach suppliers, and each business is set up properly with the right structure, LLC, EIN, and reseller permit.

Because my software already automates most of the day-to-day operations, scaling through partnerships doesn't add a proportional amount of extra work for me. Each new business simply becomes another stream of profit feeding into an already streamlined system, without demanding significant additional time or effort after everything is launched.

Finally, I'm intentional about who I work with. I'm not selling a course or program, I'm seeking the right partners. That naturally filters out "tire-kickers" and short-term thinkers, while attracting serious, professional individuals. I also know how to navigate marketplace rules and avoid the costly violations that shut many sellers down. More importantly, I've developed a system for building multiple e-commerce businesses that don't compete with each other, allowing for steady, diversified growth.

What You'll Need To Do

How Does The Process Work?

  1. Submit the application below. If it looks like a good fit, we'll schedule a brief call to confirm this is the right partnership for both of us.
  2. Together, we'll decide on the niche to pursue and choose a company name.
  3. I will research the company name, make sure there is no online negative sentiment for that name, as well as make sure the domain is available (preferrably as a .com).
  4. You'll set up the required business structure and accounts (as mentioned above). This typically takes 1–3 weeks to complete.
  5. I'll begin sourcing and contacting suppliers that fit our chosen niche.
  6. We'll design and select a logo and company branding (colors, style, etc.).
  7. Using my software, I'll start sending products to various marketplaces and sales channels.
  8. By this stage, the business should begin generating profits.
  9. I'll build a custom e-commerce website using our company domain, to showcase all products and expand our reach.
  10. I'll establish a social media presence for the business to drive traffic and brand awareness.
  11. We'll reinvest a portion of profits into marketing to accelerate growth.
  12. Over time, we'll expand by adding more suppliers, more sales channels, and additional marketing for sustainable long-term growth.

What Are the Risks?

The cost to set up everything above is typically under $200 in most states. After that, the business funds itself:

Any initial out-of-pocket costs you cover to establish the legal structure will be reimbursed from the very first profits, before we divide the actual earnings.

That means there's little to no upfront investment beyond setup.
